Key Responsibilities

• Support the Chief of Staff in coordinating technical projects across teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives in JP Morgan Chase's technology division
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for technical initiatives in financial services delivery
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, senior leadership, and stakeholders to drive project success
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and dashboards on project status and risks
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation for technology projects impacting banking operations
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track action items to maintain project momentum
• Contribute to process improvements in technical program delivery within the financial sector
• Support strategic planning for technology roadmaps in compliance with industry regulations
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical programs
• Collaborate with global teams in Jersey City to ensure seamless project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, technical coordination, or staff support roles within financial services
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Microsoft Project
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and comply with regulatory requirements in banking
• Demonstrated experience in supporting executive-level decision-making in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in investment banking or asset management
