Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Kinexys by targeting corporate clients in the APAC region seeking innovative payment solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in treasury, finance, and operations at prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technology, and compliance, to tailor Kinexys offerings to client needs
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of Kinexys' blockchain-enabled payment platforms
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends in digital assets, real-time payments, and regulatory changes impacting fintech
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure deals and expand market share
  • Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on business development metrics to senior leadership
  • Support the launch of new Kinexys features by gathering client feedback and contributing to product roadmap
  • Ensure all activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's risk management and regulatory standards
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the Kinexys business unit within Global Banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the financial services or fintech sector
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in banking or payments
  • Strong understanding of global payments ecosystems, regulatory environments, and fintech innovations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite executives
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed for client meetings and business development
  • Authorization to work in Singapore without sponsorship
