Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy for Kinexys Digital Assets, focusing on commercial innovation and customer-centric solutions in blockchain and tokenization
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and sales teams to develop and launch digital asset products that meet client needs in the financial services sector
• Drive market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities in digital assets, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's global strategy
• Oversee product roadmaps, prioritizing features that enhance security, scalability, and interoperability for institutional clients
• Engage with key stakeholders, including regulators and clients, to shape the future of digital finance and mitigate risks
• Mentor and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation within JP Morgan's Asset & Wealth Management division
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to optimize product adoption and revenue generation in digital asset services
• Represent JP Morgan Chase at industry conferences and thought leadership events on digital assets and fintech

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, commercial strategy, or digital assets within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading product development in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital asset platforms
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for digital assets, including MiCA, SEC guidelines, and anti-money laundering (AML) requirements
• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a high-stakes financial environment
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving revenue growth through innovative financial products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a Tier 1 investment bank like JP Morgan Chase or similar
• Knowledge of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan platform and its applications in digital asset custody and tokenization
• Certifications in blockchain technology (e.g., Certified Blockchain Expert) or financial product management
• International experience in European markets, particularly in London-based financial hubs
