In this executive-level role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration. Collaborating closely with engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams, you will translate complex client needs into scalable solutions that adhere to stringent regulatory requirements, such as those from the SEC and CFTC. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of trends in digital finance, prioritize features that deliver measurable value, and ensure seamless integration with JP Morgan's broader treasury and capital markets offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative digital asset payment solutions tailored for institutional and corporate clients using the Kinexys platform
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in blockchain-based payments and digital assets
• Drive product strategy, including feature prioritization, user experience optimization, and integration with existing JP Morgan treasury and capital markets services
• Engage with key clients to gather requirements, validate product concepts, and ensure solutions meet regulatory standards in the financial services industry
• Oversee agile sprints, manage product backlogs, and track KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on performance data
• Partner with risk and legal teams to navigate complex regulations surrounding digital assets and payments
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation within the Kinexys Digital Assets team
• Present product updates and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fintech, focusing on payments or digital assets
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial products in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and payment systems, including regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management within large-scale enterprise settings
• Strong knowledge of institutional and corporate client needs in capital markets and treasury services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase or similar, with exposure to Kinexys by J.P. Morgan platform
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations, stablecoins, and tokenized assets in the context of institutional finance
• Prior leadership in developing payment solutions for cross-border or real-time transactions
• Certification in project management (PMP) or product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
