As a Vice President in Client Solutioning for these products, you will play a pivotal role in delivering value to our clients by leveraging blockchain and distributed ledger technology to revolutionize cross-border payments and financial network connectivity. This position is based in our New York office, where you'll collaborate with top-tier professionals to shape the future of finance. In this customer success-focused role, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients, including banks, corporations, and fintech partners. You will conduct in-depth meetings to demonstrate the advanced functionalities of Kinexys Digital Payments, which enables seamless, real-time transaction processing, and Kinexys Liink, our interoperable network for secure data sharing. Guiding clients through the onboarding journey, you will assess their needs, tailor solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. By tracking key metrics such as adoption rates, transaction volumes, and client feedback, you will derive insights to refine our offerings and contribute to JPMorgan Chase's leadership in digital innovation. Success in this position requires a blend of technical acumen and interpersonal finesse, thriving in a dynamic environment where regulatory adherence and client-centric problem-solving are paramount. You will work closely with product, engineering, and compliance teams to address challenges and identify growth opportunities, ultimately helping clients navigate the complexities of the evolving financial landscape.
