You will conduct in-depth meetings to demonstrate the advanced functionalities of Kinexys Digital Payments, which enables seamless, real-time transaction processing, and Kinexys Liink, our interoperable network for secure data sharing. Guiding clients through the onboarding journey, you will assess their needs, tailor solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce costs, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems. By tracking key metrics such as adoption rates, transaction volumes, and client feedback, you will derive insights to refine our offerings and contribute to JPMorgan Chase's leadership in digital innovation.   • Guide clients through the onboarding process, from initial assessment to full implementation of solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client-specific needs in digital payments and network connectivity
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to provide actionable insights for product enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional JPMorgan Chase financial products and services
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and JPMorgan's risk management standards during client engagements
  • Prepare reports and presentations on client success stories to support business development initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to resolve client issues and drive innovation in payment solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on digital payments or blockchain technologies
  • Proven track record in client relationship management within the banking or fintech sector
  • Experience in product solutioning and onboarding for enterprise clients in the financial industry
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in digital payments and financial networks
  • Ability to analyze metrics and derive insights for product improvement in a fast-paced environment
