Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Kinexys account solutions, focusing on innovative payment features that enhance client experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop and launch payment products aligned with J.P. Morgan's strategic goals
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the global payments landscape
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure products meet financial services standards
• Monitor product performance using KPIs such as transaction volume, user adoption, and regulatory adherence
• Drive agile sprints and iterations to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for real-time payments
• Engage with regulatory bodies and ensure all account solutions comply with Singapore's MAS guidelines and international standards
• Foster innovation within Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, exploring emerging technologies like AI and blockchain for payment efficiency
• Provide thought leadership on account solutions, contributing to J.P. Morgan's position as a leader in treasury and payments
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement in product management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or financial services
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product development cycles in a technology-driven environment
• Strong understanding of payment systems, regulatory compliance (e.g., PSD2, ISO 20022), and financial market dynamics
• Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment like J.P. Morgan's Kinexys by J.P. Morgan

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance/Technology) from a reputable institution
