Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product lifecycle for Kinexys payment solutions, from ideation to service delivery and ongoing enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams to define and prioritize product features that meet client needs in the payments domain
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in real-time and cross-border payments
• Manage stakeholder relationships across J.P. Morgan's global network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including metrics for success and risk mitigation strategies
• Oversee service delivery processes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of payment platforms
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver iterative improvements
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine products and enhance user experience in financial services
• Support go-to-market strategies for Kinexys products, working with sales and marketing teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO 20022 and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments technology
• Proven track record of delivering technology products in a service delivery environment
• Strong understanding of payments systems, including real-time payments, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance
• Experience working in agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in relevant field) with a focus on fintech or payments
• Prior experience at a major financial institution or payments provider like Visa, Mastercard, or SWIFT
