  • Manage stakeholder relationships across J.P. Morgan's global network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including metrics for success and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee service delivery processes, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of payment platforms
  • Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver iterative improvements
  • Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine products and enhance user experience in financial services
  • Support go-to-market strategies for Kinexys products, working with sales and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or payments technology
