Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of sales content, including pitches, case studies, and product collateral tailored to JP Morgan Chase's global financial services offerings
  • Collaborate with sales teams, product managers, and subject matter experts to identify content needs and ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory standards
  • Manage data governance for sales knowledge bases, implementing tagging, versioning, and access controls to support efficient content retrieval and usage
  • Analyze content performance metrics using analytics tools to optimize sales enablement strategies and drive impactful outcomes for client acquisition and retention
