The LATAM Debt Capital Markets team plays a pivotal role in helping Latin American corporations, financial institutions, and governments access global debt markets. As an Analyst in this dynamic group based in New York, you will contribute to high-profile transactions that drive economic growth in the region, leveraging JPMorgan's extensive network and market expertise. In this role, you will support the execution of complex debt issuances, including corporate bonds, project finance, and liability management deals tailored to LATAM issuers. Responsibilities include building detailed financial models to evaluate pricing, yields, and covenants; preparing compelling marketing materials for roadshows; and analyzing macroeconomic factors influencing regional credit markets. You will work closely with senior team members, clients, and cross-functional groups such as syndication and research to ensure seamless deal flow. This position offers exposure to diverse sectors like energy, infrastructure, and telecom, while navigating the unique regulatory and currency dynamics of countries like Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
