Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients in Latin America, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate account openings, transfers, and investment transactions
  • Provide administrative support for client onboarding, including documentation and KYC compliance
  • Monitor client portfolios and deliver regular updates on market conditions and performance
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Spanish
  • Collaborate with relationship managers to ensure seamless delivery of personalized banking solutions
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and upsell J.P. Morgan services
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to Latin America client initiatives
  • Contribute to team efforts in fostering a collaborative and client-centric environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality
