Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ultra-high net worth clients in the Latin America Private Bank, ensuring seamless service delivery and relationship management
  • Coordinate with advisors, portfolio managers, and product specialists to address client inquiries and implement tailored financial solutions
  • Monitor client portfolios, prepare performance reports, and facilitate transactions in compliance with J.P. Morgan's standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including KYC/AML documentation for international clients
  • Resolve complex service issues promptly, escalating to senior management when necessary to maintain client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with global teams to support cross-border wealth planning, tax strategies, and investment opportunities specific to Latin American markets
  • Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and introduce J.P. Morgan's premium services
  • Maintain accurate records in J.P. Morgan's client management systems and ensure data privacy in line with GDPR and local regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and training to stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and compliance updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service within private banking or wealth management
  • Proven track record in supporting ultra-high net worth clients in the Latin America region
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory requirements in international markets
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is highly desirable
  • Experience with CRM systems and financial software used in private banking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFA, CFP, or Series 7/63 licenses
