Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML models to enhance JPMorgan Chase's employee platforms, driving business impact through data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring in production
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards in all AI initiatives
• Optimize infrastructure for AI workloads, leveraging cloud services to support high-volume data processing
• Monitor and troubleshoot ML models in real-time, implementing automation for performance and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI/ML operations within the team
• Integrate AI models with existing employee systems to revolutionize user experiences and operational efficiency
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations for JPMorgan's financial services ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, DevOps, or data engineering roles within financial services or technology sectors
• Proven track record of designing, deploying, and managing machine learning models in production environments
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in scalable infrastructure for AI workloads
• Experience with MLOps tools and pipelines, including model monitoring, versioning, and CI/CD for ML
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR and financial compliance standards relevant to banking
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, or related discipline
• Experience in financial services, particularly in employee platforms or risk management applications
• Certifications in AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer, or similar
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's tech stack, including internal tools for secure data handling
• Prior work on AI-driven personalization or analytics in enterprise settings

• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java for AI/ML development
