Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions for home loan servicing platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with agile teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions across multiple technical domains
• Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance loan servicing efficiency and customer experience
• Define technical roadmaps and architecture blueprints that align with JP Morgan Chase's strategic goals in consumer banking
• Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards for mortgage servicing, including integration with core banking systems
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Conduct risk assessments and implement robust security measures for sensitive financial data
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing system performance and recommending optimizations
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to navigate regulatory requirements in home lending
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of architecture in cloud environments, monitoring for reliability and cost-efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in financial services or banking technology
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable solutions for loan servicing or mortgage systems
• Deep expertise in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services, including mortgage lending standards
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and microservices architecture
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal systems or similar large-scale banking platforms
• Certification in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF) or cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
• Knowledge of home loan servicing processes, including foreclosure, payment processing, and customer servicing
• Prior leadership in digital transformation initiatives within the financial sector
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA in the context of financial data
