Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using Python and React
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for JP Morgan's financial services platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure code
• Integrate applications with financial data systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume trading and transaction data
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Contribute to the evolution of software architecture for enterprise-level financial tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development
• Proficiency in Python for backend development and React for frontend applications

• Strong understanding of database systems such as SQL and NoSQL
