Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement security protocols for HP NonStop platforms to ensure high availability and data integrity in JP Morgan's financial systems
• Lead security audits and vulnerability assessments on NonStop environments, identifying and mitigating risks in real-time trading and payment processing
• Collaborate with agile development teams to integrate security best practices into software engineering workflows
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to critical financial operations
• Develop and maintain security documentation, including compliance reports for regulatory bodies
• Mentor junior engineers on NonStop security configurations and financial industry standards
• Evaluate and deploy security patches and updates for HP NonStop systems without impacting business continuity
• Conduct threat modeling and risk analysis specific to high-volume transaction environments
• Partner with global teams to align security measures with JP Morgan's enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT security engineering, with at least 3 years focused on HP NonStop systems
• Proven expertise in securing high-availability environments in the financial services sector
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, and GDPR
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances and pass background checks required for financial institutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or a related discipline
• HP NonStop certification (e.g., Tandem NonStop Engineer)
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal security tools and frameworks
