Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DDI infrastructure solutions to support JP Morgan Chase's global financial operations
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver critical infrastructure engineering across multiple technical domains
• Lead troubleshooting and optimization of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Develop and enforce security protocols for network infrastructure in compliance with financial industry regulations
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in infrastructure engineering
• Integrate DDI solutions with cloud and on-premises environments to support scalable banking applications
• Conduct risk assessments and implement disaster recovery strategies for critical systems
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance metrics to proactively address potential issues
• Partner with stakeholders to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives in the financial services sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solutions
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices in high-stakes financial systems
• Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Infoblox DDI certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical field or MBA with a technology focus
• Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP in a banking context
• Prior leadership experience in managing engineering teams within financial institutions

• Expertise in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM technologies (e.g., Infoblox, BlueCat)

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Knowledge of cloud networking services in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks relevant to financial services

• Leadership and communication skills for team collaboration
