Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technology lifecycle management for mainframe and midrange compute platforms, ensuring seamless integration into JP Morgan Chase's global infrastructure
• Oversee the supply chain engineering processes for hardware procurement, vendor negotiations, and deployment in compliance with financial industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and execute upgrades and migrations that minimize downtime for critical banking systems
• Develop and implement strategies for asset lifecycle tracking, including forecasting, acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management protocols specific to the financial services sector
• Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering innovation in infrastructure resilience and scalability
• Monitor emerging technologies and trends to optimize the compute supply chain for cost-efficiency and performance
• Conduct audits and performance reviews of infrastructure assets to support JP Morgan's operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on technology lifecycle management
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams within mainframe and midrange compute environments
• Deep knowledge of supply chain engineering principles applied to IT hardware and software procurement
• Experience with financial services regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS
• Strong understanding of mainframe technologies (e.g., IBM z/OS) and midrange systems (e.g., UNIX, Linux)
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or equivalent lifecycle management frameworks
