Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced cybersecurity solutions across network, application, and data security domains
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate security best practices into software development lifecycles for JP Morgan's banking platforms
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to protect against evolving cyber threats in the financial sector
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of security awareness within cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
• Proven track record in designing and implementing security solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX relevant to banking
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in high-stakes projects
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data
