Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced cybersecurity solutions across network, application, and cloud environments to protect JP Morgan Chase's financial assets
• Collaborate with agile development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Conduct threat assessments and risk analyses for critical banking systems, ensuring compliance with global financial regulations
• Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis for security breaches in a fast-paced financial setting
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures tailored to JP Morgan Chase's operations
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices in cybersecurity engineering
• Evaluate and deploy emerging security technologies to enhance threat detection in investment banking platforms
• Monitor and respond to security events using SIEM tools and automation scripts
• Participate in audits and regulatory reviews to support JP Morgan Chase's commitment to data privacy and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on financial services
• Proven track record in implementing security solutions in agile environments
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, and SOX relevant to banking
• Experience with cloud security architectures in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms used by JP Morgan Chase
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams within a global financial institution
