Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions tailored to JP Morgan Chase's digital banking and client-facing platforms
• Design, develop, and optimize Java-based backend services integrated with AEM for secure, scalable financial applications
• Lead a team of software engineers in building responsive front-end experiences using JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, product managers, and compliance experts to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments, focusing on performance and reliability in high-traffic financial environments
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in secure coding for sensitive financial data
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production AEM environments, minimizing downtime for critical banking services
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into JP Morgan's digital ecosystem to enhance client experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and architecture
• Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript, including modern frameworks
• Experience leading engineering teams in agile environments
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and secure coding practices
• Ability to design scalable digital platforms for high-volume transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience with AEM Cloud Service or AEM as a Cloud Service
• Prior work in the financial services industry, particularly with digital banking platforms
