Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows in financial services, such as risk assessment and fraud detection
• Collaborate with agile teams to design, build, and deploy AI agents using Python and advanced frameworks
• Integrate AI models with JP Morgan Chase's core banking systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure implementations
• Conduct research and experimentation on emerging agentic AI technologies to drive innovation
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards at JP Morgan Chase
• Optimize AI performance for scalability and reliability in high-volume financial transactions
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI architectures
• Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems in production to maintain uptime and performance
• Contribute to the evolution of AI best practices within JP Morgan Chase's technology ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI and machine learning applications
• Proficiency in Python programming, including experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or similar agentic AI tools
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable AI solutions in a financial services context
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards
• Proven track record of leading technical projects from inception to deployment
