  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant tech solutions aligned with regulatory standards
  • Mentor and guide software engineers on best practices for IaC and cloud optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for critical financial services

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and VPC
  • Strong experience with Python for developing scalable applications and automation scripts
  • Hands-on expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) in multi-environment deployments
  • Experience working in agile methodologies within financial services or high-stakes environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
