Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS RDS for JP Morgan Chase's financial applications
• Lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployments in a regulated financial environment
• Collaborate with agile teams to integrate DevOps practices that enhance system reliability and reduce downtime for critical banking services
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using IaC tools to support high-volume transaction processing
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to maintain performance and security standards compliant with financial regulations
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices for cloud DevOps, fostering a culture of innovation within JP Morgan Chase's technology teams
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to the evolution of secure, resilient architectures for data-intensive financial workloads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
• Proven expertise in AWS services, particularly RDS, EC2, and VPC configurations
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated ability to work in agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
