Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable C#/.NET solutions for integrating Neovest with core banking and asset management systems
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver critical technical solutions across multiple domains in the financial services sector
• Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement best practices for maintainable and secure software
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in real-time trading and investment platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing on .NET technologies and financial integrations
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
• Optimize system performance and ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's security and regulatory standards
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance Neovest's functionality for global investment operations
• Monitor and maintain production systems to support uninterrupted financial services delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with C# and .NET frameworks
• Proven experience in building and maintaining integrations for financial systems, preferably in asset management platforms like Neovest
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and integration tools like APIs, REST/SOAP services
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and data security standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
• Ability to lead junior engineers and mentor team members on best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS in a financial context
• Familiarity with Neovest or similar investment management systems
• Certifications in C#/.NET development or financial technology (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer)
• Prior work in high-stakes financial environments, such as trading or portfolio management integrations
