  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality tech solutions across multiple technical domains
  • Lead code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and optimize application performance
  • Integrate Neovest with other JP Morgan Chase systems for seamless financial operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments supporting investment workflows
  • Mentor and guide junior developers on C#/.NET development and financial domain knowledge
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable, secure financial applications
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial software development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with C# and .NET frameworks
  • Proven experience in agile development methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong understanding of financial services technologies, including investment management systems
  • Experience with building scalable, secure applications in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
