Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance UI components for the Neovest platform using C# and .NET
  • Lead a team of software engineers in delivering scalable solutions for investment order management
  • Collaborate with product managers, traders, and stakeholders to define UI requirements aligned with financial workflows
  • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience in asset management tools
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and optimize performance for real-time financial data processing
  • Integrate Neovest with backend services, APIs, and third-party financial systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a high-stakes trading environment
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in software engineering
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve Neovest's UI capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on C# and .NET technologies
  • Strong proficiency in building user interfaces using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or WPF
  • Experience in financial services or fintech environments, particularly with investment management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and mentor junior engineers
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Neovest platform or similar order management systems in asset management
  • Knowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II or SEC compliance
  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant technical field
