Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of core architecture for wholesale credit risk platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability

  • Implement full-stack solutions using modern technologies to enhance credit risk assessment and reporting capabilities
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, with a focus on core architecture in financial services
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems for risk management or credit platforms
  • Strong understanding of wholesale credit risk processes and regulatory requirements in banking
  • Experience leading engineering teams in agile environments within a large financial institution
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud-native architectures and microservices deployment
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for handling sensitive financial data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or Finance-related field
