Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of React Native applications for JP Morgan Chase's mobile banking platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences
• Implement and maintain scalable frontend solutions that integrate with secure financial APIs
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, including data security and accessibility
• Optimize application performance for high-traffic scenarios in the banking sector
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production environments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering
• Strong proficiency in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications
• Experience working in agile environments with a focus on delivering high-quality code
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and secure coding practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of handling complex technical challenges
