Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java, AEM, and AWS to support JP Morgan Chase's digital banking platforms
• Lead agile scrum teams in delivering critical tech solutions across multiple technical areas, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and compliance experts to build secure, scalable financial services
• Implement and optimize cloud-native architectures on AWS to enhance performance and reliability of customer-facing applications
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices in software engineering and financial technology standards
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure adherence to security protocols in a regulated environment
• Integrate AEM with backend services to create personalized digital experiences for JP Morgan Chase clients
• Monitor application performance and drive continuous improvements in agile sprints
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, such as AI-driven personalization in wealth management tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in full stack software development with Java and modern frameworks
• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management and digital experiences
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and deployment pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and mentor junior engineers
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance standards like GDPR and SOX

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
