Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using C#/.NET for critical financial systems
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver innovative tech solutions across multiple technical domains in the banking sector
• Implement secure coding practices to ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection standards
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Integrate front-end interfaces with backend services, optimizing for performance in high-volume transaction environments
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive technical excellence in software architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET frameworks
• Proven experience in full-stack development, including front-end technologies like Angular or React
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, particularly in financial services environments
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, scalable applications compliant with regulatory standards like GDPR and SOX

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry, including knowledge of banking systems and fintech solutions
