Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications that support critical banking operations like transaction processing and client data management
• Lead agile teams in delivering scalable tech solutions across multiple domains, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan's strategic goals
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and compliance teams to integrate security and regulatory requirements into software architectures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with full-stack development
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in financial services environments
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and compliance with financial regulations such as GDPR and SOX
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure in a high-stakes banking context
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical innovation

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React in developing enterprise financial applications
• Prior work at a major financial institution handling trading systems or risk management tools
