Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications integrating Generative AI and LLMs to solve complex business challenges in financial services
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams, including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts, to deliver innovative tech solutions
• Architect scalable, secure systems that handle sensitive financial data while leveraging AI for enhanced decision-making and automation
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best practices in software engineering within JP Morgan Chase's technology ecosystem
• Integrate AI models into enterprise platforms, ensuring performance optimization and real-time processing for trading, risk management, or customer service applications
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, including those related to AI ethics, bias in LLMs, and cybersecurity in a regulated financial environment
• Drive innovation by prototyping new Generative AI features, such as natural language processing for financial analytics or chatbots for client interactions
• Monitor and maintain production systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates to support JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Contribute to strategic tech initiatives, aligning engineering efforts with business goals in areas like digital banking and investment management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development with proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in agile environments within the financial services sector
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with a focus on scalable AI solutions
• Experience with secure coding practices and compliance standards relevant to financial institutions, including data privacy regulations like GDPR and SOX

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
• Experience in developing AI-driven applications for financial services, such as fraud detection or personalized banking solutions
