Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fullstack applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and build innovative technology products for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
• Implement secure, scalable solutions compliant with financial industry standards such as GDPR and PCI-DSS
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices in software architecture, and optimize performance for high-volume trading systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development
• Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript for frontend development
• Strong experience with Java for backend development, including Spring Boot
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers
• Experience working in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of financial services regulations and data security standards
