Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of resilient GoLang-based applications to support JPMorgan Chase's digital banking platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system stability and reduce downtime in high-volume transaction environments
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues in production systems
• Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies to optimize performance and scalability for financial services
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to deliver features on time
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems related to data processing and API integrations
• Contribute to the evolution of engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements in all software deliverables
• Stay abreast of industry trends in fintech to recommend innovative solutions for resiliency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in GoLang with experience building scalable backend services
• Experience in financial services or high-stakes environments ensuring system resiliency
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams in agile environments
