Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions across multiple technical domains in an agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts to deliver innovative financial tech solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence at JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development
• Proven track record in leading agile teams and delivering high-impact tech solutions in financial services
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing solutions for investment banking or asset management domains at JP Morgan Chase
