Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance Java-based applications for global banking solutions
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver critical tech solutions across multiple technical domains in the Global Banking Tech team
  • Architect and optimize AWS infrastructure to support scalable, secure financial services platforms
  • Develop and maintain SQL databases to handle complex data queries for transaction processing and analytics
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry standards, including data security and regulatory requirements
