Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of blockchain-based technology products for JP Morgan Chase's financial services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and compliance experts to deliver market-leading solutions
• Architect full-stack Java applications integrating blockchain with traditional financial systems
• Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering best practices in code quality and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in Java and modern Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate)
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications in the financial services domain
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies and their applications in finance, such as distributed ledgers and smart contracts
