Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based full stack applications for financial products
• Collaborate with agile teams to enhance and innovate technology solutions in the banking sector
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on best practices for secure, scalable code
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS in all developments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java full stack development
• Proven experience in agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
• Strong understanding of financial services technologies and regulatory compliance
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in a financial context
• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and mentor junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-quality code
