  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in software development

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java for backend development and React for frontend applications
  • Experience with AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
  • Proven track record in agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
