Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications for JP Morgan Chase's financial platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges in trading, risk management, or payment systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on Java development
• Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable software solutions in a financial services environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in a regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and mentor junior developers
