Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical Java-based applications for JP Morgan Chase's financial services platforms
• Mentor and guide a team of Software Engineers, fostering collaboration and skill development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and compliance experts to deliver innovative tech solutions
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to security standards in the financial sector
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume financial transactions
• Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to meet project timelines
• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance risk management and client-facing services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java
• Proven experience leading engineering teams in agile environments
