Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical software solutions using Java and AWS technologies
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality tech solutions across multiple domains in the financial services sector
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure application scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements in banking operations
• Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues in cloud-based environments
• Integrate systems with JP Morgan Chase's core banking platforms and third-party financial services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java and related frameworks
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
