  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in software engineering

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for multi-technical area projects in payments and risk management
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with Java
  • Proven experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database management and SQL
  • Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects in a financial services environment
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain necessary security clearances
