Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative M365-based external collaboration platforms
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment in a secure financial environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and business stakeholders, to align solutions with JP Morgan Chase's regulatory requirements
• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions efficiently
• Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with external data sharing in M365, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards
• Integrate M365 tools with JP Morgan's internal systems to enhance secure collaboration for clients and partners
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for global user bases
• Contribute to strategic planning for M365 enhancements, incorporating emerging technologies like AI and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
• Proven experience leading teams in developing and deploying cloud-based collaboration solutions, particularly Microsoft 365 (M365)
• Strong understanding of external collaboration tools and security protocols in a regulated financial environment
• Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices in large-scale enterprise settings
• Knowledge of financial services regulations such as GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Certification in Microsoft 365 administration or Azure security
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with secure external sharing in banking platforms
• Familiarity with integration of M365 with financial systems like CRM or compliance tools
• Prior leadership in projects involving AI-driven collaboration enhancements
