Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain JAMF Cloud solutions for managing macOS devices across JP Morgan Chase's global workforce
• Collaborate with agile teams to develop secure, scalable tech solutions that support financial operations and client services
• Automate device enrollment, configuration, and compliance enforcement using JAMF Pro and integrated cloud tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in macOS ecosystems, ensuring minimal downtime for critical banking applications
• Integrate JAMF with enterprise systems like Active Directory, MDM, and security frameworks to meet financial regulatory standards
• Lead code reviews, testing, and deployment of software updates in a CI/CD pipeline tailored to financial security needs
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, focusing on cost-efficiency and data protection in the financial sector
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within JP Morgan's technology community
• Ensure all solutions comply with industry regulations such as PCI-DSS and internal JP Morgan security policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on cloud-based device management
• Proven expertise in JAMF Pro for macOS device management in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem, including macOS, iOS, and related security protocols
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for infrastructure management
• Ability to obtain necessary security clearances for financial services environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications like JAMF Certified Expert or Apple Certified Support Professional
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with regulatory compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR)
