Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable MLOps pipelines for AI/ML models supporting digital banking innovations
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and compliance teams to integrate ML solutions that enhance customer experiences in areas like fraud detection and personalized recommendations
• Implement and optimize CI/CD workflows for ML model training, validation, and monitoring in cloud environments
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and data security standards while scaling AI infrastructure
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in MLOps within JPMorgan Chase's engineering teams
• Monitor and troubleshoot production ML systems to maintain high availability and performance in real-time banking applications
• Innovate on tools and processes to accelerate the delivery of AI-driven features for mobile and online banking platforms
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and contribute to the evolution of JPMorgan's AI/ML governance framework
• Partner with global teams to align MLOps strategies with broader firm-wide digital transformation goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML and MLOps
• Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models in production environments within financial services
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and financial compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS)
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in fintech or banking sector, particularly with digital banking platforms
• Certifications in MLOps (e.g., Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or cloud architecture
• Familiarity with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and tech stack
• Prior leadership in AI-driven projects enhancing customer personalization in financial services

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for ML development
• Expertise in ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Deep knowledge of MLOps tools such as Kubeflow, MLflow, or Airflow
• Experience with cloud services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or equivalent)
• Strong skills in DevOps practices, including Jenkins, Git, and Ansible
• Understanding of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
• Familiarity with model monitoring, versioning, and A/B testing in production
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teams
