Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical .NET-based applications on AWS infrastructure to support JP Morgan Chase's financial services platforms
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality tech solutions across multiple technical domains, including backend services and cloud integrations
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in software engineering
  • Ensure application security, scalability, and compliance with financial regulations such as GDPR and SOX in all developed solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments

  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in team deliverables
  • Develop and maintain documentation for software architectures and deployment processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with .NET framework and C#
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS cloud services
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
  • Experience in financial services or high-stakes environments with regulatory compliance (e.g., SEC, FINRA)
