Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical .NET-based applications on AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver high-quality tech solutions across multiple domains in financial services
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices
• Ensure application security, compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR and SOX, and risk management
• Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalability in high-volume transaction environments
• Conduct code reviews, implement CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot complex production issues
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance banking platforms and client experiences
• Drive technical roadmaps and contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise-level systems
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve team processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with .NET framework
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable applications on AWS cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries with knowledge of compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
