Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of critical .NET-based applications supporting JP Morgan Chase's financial services platforms
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver innovative tech solutions across multiple domains, including trading, payments, and risk analysis
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient codebases
• Integrate .NET solutions with legacy systems and modern microservices architectures in a financial context
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, minimizing downtime for global banking operations
• Implement best practices for data security, encryption, and compliance with industry regulations
• Contribute to architectural decisions, optimizing performance for high-volume financial transactions
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to enhance JP Morgan's tech ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of professional software development experience with .NET technologies
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core frameworks
• Experience working in agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions in financial services
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance with regulatory standards like GDPR and SOX
• Proven track record of leading technical projects in a high-stakes environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS in financial applications
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker
• Prior work in banking or fintech, particularly with trading or risk management systems
• Certifications in .NET development or Microsoft Azure
