Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of network testing strategies to ensure system reliability and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate network configurations and integrations in JP Morgan Chase's global infrastructure
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for network components, focusing on scalability and security
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime in financial operations
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices for network quality assurance and development
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of network systems to support high-volume trading and transaction processing
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI-DSS and SOX in all network testing activities
• Contribute to the innovation of network tools and processes to enhance the firm's technological edge in the financial sector
• Document testing procedures, results, and recommendations for stakeholder review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on network systems
• Proven experience in network testing, validation, and development methodologies
• Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies in a financial services environment
• Experience with automation tools and scripting for network quality assurance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated industry like banking and finance

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience with JP Morgan Chase's internal network infrastructure or similar large-scale financial systems
